Information for Delegates

THE REGISTRATION DESK

The registration desk is located within the Silverado Ballroom Foyer, right in front of the Fairway Deck doors. Any enquiries about registration or the conference can be directed to ASN staff there. Accommodation enquiries should be directed to the Silverado Resort and Spa directly.

The registration desk office hours are:

Friday 3rd November 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Saturday 4th November 7:30am - 6:15pm
Sunday 5th November 7:30am - 6:15pm
Monday 6th November 7:30am - 7:15pm
Tuesday 7th November 7:30am - 12:00pm

SPEAKER PREPARATION ROOM

Presentations are to be loaded directly to the PC in the Silverado Ballroom, at least a full session in advance. You should bring your talk on a USB, saved in 16:9 wide screen PowerPoint format for display on a PC within the room. A technician will be on hand to assist with any transfer / loading issues and to help you check your presentation. 

REGISTRATION

Conference delegates receive the following as part of their registration:

• Access to the sessions of your choice
• Conference satchel complete with conference book
• Conference App
• Morning and/or Afternoon Tea for the days of nominated attendance
• Lunches on the days of nominated attendance
• Welcome Function ticket (Friday 3rd November)

NAME BADGES
Delegates are required to wear their name tag to all session. Delegates should note that within their name tag pouch will be the specific function tickets they have purchased.

MOBILE PHONES
Please ensure your mobile phone is turned off or on silent during any session you attend.

RETURN BUS TRANSFERS
Bus will depart at 3:00PM from San Francisco International Airport to Silverado Resort (via the Golden Gate Bridge) on Friday the 3rd of November 2017 arriving at 4:30PM or 5:00PM and return to San Francisco International Airport at 12:30PM from Silverado Resort. If you have not signed up to the bus transfer, please see the registration desk for availability.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the venue.
