Oral Presentations

If you are presenting an oral presentation for the meeting you should bring your talk on a USB, saved in 16:9 wide screen Powerpoint format for display on a PC within the room. If you have already developed your slides in a ratio of 4:3 these will still work for your presentation.

You will need to load your presentation directly in the Silverado Ballroom. A technician will be on hand to assist with any transfer/loading issues and to help you check your presentation. 

Oral presentations can be brought on USB and loaded directly onto the presentation computers within the session rooms. Speakers are asked to bring their presentation to the registration desk half an hour before their session commences as ASN staff will load the talks to the computer for them. Alternatively speakers can bring their own laptops which can be connected to the projectors within the presentation rooms.
